This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get your venue live.
Create your Organization
If you haven't already, sign up and name your organization. This acts as the primary umbrella for all your business locations.
Define your Locations
Head to Admin > Settings to set up your first location profile. Every restaurant requires a specific location profile, even if you are only operating in a single venue.
Add your First Menu Item
Navigate to Menu > Items and select "Add Item". You'll need to enter a name, such as "Margherita Pizza", set the price, and assign it to a category like "Mains".
Configure your Floor Plan
In Admin > Floor Plan, use the Structure Builder to draw your walls and place tables to match your physical layout. You can drag and drop elements to perfectly reflect your restaurant floor.
Launch the POS
Once your setup is complete, click the "Launch POS" button in the top right to open the ordering interface and begin taking orders.
